This song was extracted almost word for word from a letter my Grandad wrote to his mother from the trenches in France during his stint in the horse artillery in WW1. The track is live from the couch and was recorded by my pod-casting buddy Sean McGaughey on some tiny, marvellous machine so it maintains a kind of 'trench' sound. It's not at all my normal kind of song but begged to be written and sung. |

Ah well, I suppose all good things must come to an end and that's what's up with DON'T PANIC!. Homeless Bob is off to Nova Scotia and, even for me, that's a stretch to keep the music flowing. I'm going to keep the current website intact and continue to add new material as it comes along. |
